What are the rates of your services?
New patient visit are an hour long and we charge between $250 - $300.
Follow-up visits are 20min- 30min long and we charge between $125 - $150
No Show fees are $75 (first No Show is excused) - Less than 24hours notice is considered a No Show
What are your terms and conditions?
Come in 15min before your appointment time.
Make sure to send your Insurance name and ID, picture of the front and back, your physical address, primary insurer's name and DOB, to avoid any administrative delay.
